Menire Corporation has today decided to terminate the conditional purchase agreement whereby its subsidiary Barium Nordic was to acquire the portal business of Teamware with a directed share issue. Menire concluded that the synergies that formed the foundation of the transaction were not be realizable.

Teamware will continue to develop and support its growing portal business as before this agreement by focusing on the public and in particular the local government sector where Teamware has a strong market share.
