Teamware Group today announced that it is consolidating its worldwide Teamware Pl@za® product line, development and business as an independent operation effective April 1, 2005. This will support the Pl@za business operation by providing more focus and flexibility to better meet market and customer needs and future product development demands.

The new Teamware Pl@za operation will be owned and managed by Teamware Group’s US affiliate company, Teamware, Inc. and its newly incorporated companies Teamware Plaza Oy in Finland and Teamware Plaza Ltd in the UK. All Teamware Pl@za customers and partners will now be supported and managed under the new operation, and their agreements will transfer unchanged. The Pl@za business has a significant market share in the public sector and association markets both in northern Europe and in the US.

Mr. Ari Palttala has been appointed President and CEO of Teamware, Inc. He will oversee the transition and manage profitable growth for the Teamware Pl@za operations worldwide.
