Mr Esko Uotila, M.Sc. (Eng.), has been appointed new Managing Director of Teamware Group. He has been with Teamware and its predecessors for many years. Prior to this appointment Esko Uotila was Vice President of Sales and member of the Management Team.

The ownership structure of Teamware Group has also changed. Since 2002 the major owners of Teamware were venture capital company 3i and Fujitsu Limited. Fujitsu has now acquired the 3i shares and, thus, strengthens its investment in servicing Teamware customers in Europe.

Mr Olli E. Juvonen’s working period as Teamware’s interim CEO has ended on December 15, 2005, due to the ownership change.
