Mobile Clinic for End Users' Effective Use of Mobile Devices

Teamware Mobile Clinic is a compact training package for customers targeted to the end-users. In the Teamware Mobile Clinic a Teamware expert illustrates the use of the advanced functionalities of mobile devices, advices how to use the main applications and informs about the security issues in mobile devices. During the interactive session, the participants will get the expert assistance in using the mobile device and can have their possible outstanding problems resolved.

The two-hour Mobile Clinic sessions are typically held at customer premises for max 10 persons group. Customers and the session participants can suggest specific topics to be covered  and send questions/problems beforehand. The training material consists of the illustrative end user quick guide for Nokia Enterprise Series mobile phones.
