Mail archiving not only stores all messages for as many years as needed but also extends a user’s mailbox by offering more storage space and an easy way to find archived messages. Archived messages are stored on a dedicated archive server but accessed through the familiar Teamware Mail client. A powerful search function finds messages both from the online mailbox and the mail archive. Users no longer have the problem of deciding which messages to keep and which to delete as a mailbox size limit does not affect the archived messages. Administration can now easily offer efficient online mail servers and unlimited storage space to users.
The screen capture below illustrates the revised search dialog that covers both online and archive searches and an example of search results with archived messages.

There is a new Task service in Teamware Office WebService for managing tasks. The Task service allows users to create both personal tasks and tasks assigned to other users. Task assignees respond by replying to task items. The Task service is a good tool for coordinating shared tasks. Assignment progress can be easily followed up.
The following screen capture shows part of the Top page WebService users see after login. A new section has been added for new tasks.
