Teamware Up-to-Date
 

Teamware Up-to-Date is a software subscription service for the purpose of upgrading licensed Teamware software.

Teamware Up-to-Date

  • is intended for customers who want their Teamware solutions to follow the latest technical development in the technology
  • is purchased either as a continuous service with annual invoicing or for a defined period (a minimum of one year with annual renewals)
  • pricing is based on annual prices for the customer license base
  • customer or partner receives the latest product versions and editions automatically at the time of the product release
  • provides flexibility in using products on different platforms
  • provides a convenient solution for estimating and budgeting the maintenance and upgrade costs of the Teamware system.

Up-to-Date prerequisites

Teamware Up-to-Date must be purchased at the same time with the Teamware software product and for the same license base.

Teamware Up-to-Date becomes valid when an Up-to-Date Service Agreement has been signed or when an order and a completed Registration Form has been received and accepted by Teamware.

Teamware Up-to-Date has the following content:

Right to new product releases

Up-to-Date offers customers access to the latest versions and editions of a specific Teamware product and the right to install and use them as defined by Teamware Up-to-Date. New product versions are delivered automatically to the address defined in the Registration Form.

Right to exchange user license platform

This feature enables Teamware customers to exchange user licenses from one platform to another (not from Linux). All user licenses can be exchanged without any additional cost. The exchange covers those modules that are contained in the products both in the original and the new platform.

Access to Teamware Solution Database

Teamware Solution Database contains documented Teamware product related incidents with corrective actions for immediate use. Teamware Solution Database is available without any additional cost for customers with Up-to-Date and for partners with authorized partner access rights.
