Engineer participating the training can install, configure and maintain a Teamware Mobile environment in Suse Linux and Novell Groupwise environment.

Engineer participating the training can support and troubleshoot the Teamware Mobile environment and when needed gain additional assistance fromthe third and fourth line support channel of Novell and Teamware.

Engineer participating the training can showcase to a customer the benefits and functionality of Teamware Mobile and assist customers in initial rollup phase of usage of Teamware Mobile.
