Teamware Mobile Clinic for End Users
 

Teamware now provides a compact training package - Teamware Mobile Clinic - for its customers. The Mobile Clinic is targeted for end-users during the rollout phase of the Mobile system. In the Teamware Mobile Clinic a Teamware Mobile expert illustrates the use of the basic functionalities of Teamware Mobile. During the interactive session, the participants will benefit from expert assistance in using mobile devices and solving any potentially outstanding problems. The users are also informed in the best practices of using mobile devices including their limitations and hints for effective use.

The target of the Teamware Mobile Clinic is to make the participants confident with Teamware Mobile and their mobile devices and to make them able to adapt the mobile use according to their own preferences.

Training at Customer Site

The Teamware Mobile Clinic is typically held at customer premises and includes one or two half-day sessions (3-4 hours). Customers and the training participants can suggest specific topics to be covered and send questions/problems in advance.

  • Teamware Mobile End User Quick Guide for Nokia Series 60 phones
  • Teamware Mobile End User Quick Guide for Nokia Series 80 phones
  • Demo environment for hands-on examples
  • Participants’ own mobile devices with installed Teamware Mobile software

Training Contents

The agenda for the Teamware Mobile Clinic is generally as below. The format of the sessions can be customized on customer request.

  • Teamware Mobile features and flexible use
    • Changing login names and passwords
    • Mobile mail – retrieving, sending and controlling
    • Calendar and Contacts synchronization
  • Examples shown in the demo environment
  • Personal guidance to the effective use of the mobile device
    • Daily usage and application settings
    • Problems/questions and answers

Requirements

The Teamware Mobile Clinic is useful both for new and experienced mobile device users. In order to best utilise the training session time for the end-user training, it is strongly recommended that the mobile devices are made ready for Teamware Mobile use prior to the event.

  • Mobile applications and certificates installed
  • Connection, mail and synchronization settings done

It is also possible to install the applications and configure the settings during the Teamware Mobile Clinic session, with the assistance of the customer IT administrators.
