Prerequisities

Sales person participating the training must know Novell product offering well enough to sell essential parts (network, groupware) of it and understand the basics of Mobile Computing needs from customer perspective.

Target of the course

Sales person that have participated the training can give the customer advanced information of the benefits of the mobile solutions and particularly Teamware Mobile. Sales persons that have participated the training know the features, benefits and the functionality of Teamware Mobile and can showcase that to customer. Sales persons that have participated the training can describe the delivery and process of Teamware Mobile to a customer. Furthermore, they can do the pricing of the product and services for the customer.
