Belgian Railways
NMBS, Belgium's national railway service is, with around 42,000 employees, one of the largest employers in the country. Moreover, it is a business with ten sites located across the country. An e-mail system for such an operation must therefore be extremely reliable and easy to manage. After extensive comparative testing, NMBS selected Teamware. Some five years later, they still do not regret that decision.

Preston Borough Council
In April 1998 when Preston Borough Council in the UK began looking for a groupware solution to ease the burden on its administration staff, it did not envisage that Teamware Office would be such a massive hit. In the two years since the first rollout, Preston Borough Council has seen a 150 percent growth in the number of staff using the system. Not only that, but Teamware Office now comfortably provides storage and access to the council's 830,000 emails on a daily basis.

City
of Helsinki
The City of Helsinki e-mail services and their maintenance
have been managed by individual city offices over the past
decade. However, the decentralized system was vulnerable and
difficult to manage. Therefore the city wanted to centralize
its system and outsource the hosting of it. Also in the new
situation Teamware Office fulfilled the city's needs and requirements.
