Teamware customers can now deploy SyncShield® mobile device management as a service provided by Teamware.
Teamware mobile device management ASP solution eliminates the need to install and run the server application in customer system while all the features of the advanced mobile device management are available for the administrators. SyncShield offers over-the-air management of security, applications and settings on smart phones and PDAs.
“More and more of our customers want device management without the additional server in their premises,” Mika Syrjänen, Director of Customer Services in Teamware explains. “We have a long experience in the system planning and the technical support services and the hosting and maintenance services were a natural step forward based on customer needs.”
SyncShield server is hosted and maintained by Teamware and the customer's administrator can access the server interface through a secure web connection. The organisations can manage their mobile devices life-cycle in a convenient way based on a monthly fee, without big initial investments to new systems.
In addition to the mobile device management Teamware offers Teamware Mobile and Teamware Office solutions as a service.
