Customized default Calendar view
Teamware Calendar Windows user interface can be customized according to personal preferences by selecting the required user calendards, resource calendars, groups and views. The windows size can be adjusted to display this view. To save the customized setup, simply select "Save Settings Now" from the Options menu.
Note also that it is adviced to uncheck the "Save Settings on Exit" in the Options menu, in order not to change the view when closing the Calendar application.

Repeating calendar appointments in mobile environment
When the groupware calendar and the personal calendar in the mobile device get synchronized, the repeating appointment made in the mobile device lose their repeating status and will be handled as invidual entries when modifying or deleting them.
We strongly recommend using the groupware calendar to manage all repeating appointments. This way these appointments keep their repeating functionality in the synchronization and can be modified or deleted as repeating appointments in the groupware environment – instead of managing individual entries in the mobile device.
Important dates in smart phones
You can set up appointments to remind you about birthdays and other important dates in the phone calendar. The default settings for these kind of appointments might produce undesired side effect, for example unexpected high volumes, when synchronized in the mobile environment.
When you set up an Important Date appointment in the calendar, change the following settings of the entry as well (Nokia 9500/9300):
